Terms of Use for On-line Invitations (OLI)
Use of the OLI service shall be subject to these Terms of Use and to the terms of the Disclaimer.

Use of the OLI Service by the User

1. The User acknowledges that if the User posts, publishes, or transmits material to PP which under law or under international conventions, codes or regulations applicable to the Internet:
   
   1. is in breach of those laws, codes or regulations including but not limited to infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights, defamation, theft, fraud, drug-trafficking, money-laundering and terrorism;
   2. may incite violence, sadism, cruelty or racial hatred;
   3. may facilitate prostitution or paedophilia;
   4. is pornographic, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive or menacing;
      it does so at its own risk of prosecution.
2. The User will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the User's own compatible computer system being all such equipment, software and communications lines, including any public lines required by the User properly to access the Service (“User’s Equipment”). PP shall have no responsibility for or any liability whatsoever in respect of the User's Equipment.
3. The User will ensure at all times that its use of the Service, including connection of the User’s Equipment to the PP website, is in accordance with all applicable data protection and other laws, licences, codes of practice and regulations.
4. The Service is provided subject to the condition that there will be no abuse or fraudulent use thereof. Abuse and fraudulent use shall include (without limitation):
   1. attempting to, or actually obtaining, accessing, altering, or destroying the data files, programs, procedures and/or information of PP or of another User of the Service;
   2. assisting another to perform the acts prohibited in clause 4 paragraph 1 above; and
   3. using the Service in such a manner as to interfere unreasonably with the use of the Service by any other user or authorised person.
      
      
5. The User undertakes:
   1. not to post, publish or transmit material of the nature specified in clause 1 paragraph 1;
   2. not to create and/or introduce into the Service any virus, worm, trojan horse, cancelbot or other destructive or contaminating program or advise any other party how to do so;
   3. not to invade or attempt to invade the privacy of other Users of the Service nor to collect or transfer personal data on individuals without their consent;
   4. to maintain confidentiality of its login names, passwords and other confidential information relating to the User’s access to the Service;
   5. To use the PP website only for the purposes of sending or responding to On-Line Invitations and for no other use whatsoever.
6. It is noted by the User that PP has full access to the PP web site, including the User’s private area and any details deposited on the website may be used and published in a non-contributory fashion for research and promotional purposes by PP.
7. Personal details of Users (ie, e-mail addresses) will not be sold by PP in any way, but any details deposited on the website may be used and published in a non-contributory fashion for research and promotional purposes by PP as outlined in 6.
8. The User takes full responsibility all User names and passwords issued to them and take necessary steps to ensure they are not disclosed to/used by any unauthorised people.
   Where you consent to us doing so, we may occasionally contact you to advise you of special promotions and events that may interest you.
9. If you do not wish to receive such information from us or our Advertisers, you must notify us via e-mail or indicate your preference in the Party Zone/On-line Invitation/Contact Us registration areas or sending an e-mail to contactus@partyparties.co.uk with your request.
10. You may also wish us to delete the personal information we hold for you and if you do so you must notify us via e-mail.
11. Your personal information should be up-to-date.
12. You should review and up-date your personal information regularly.
13. If you have any reason to believe that we have not adhered to these principles correctly or accurately, please contact us so that we can try to make the service we provide better for you, the user.
